The Center conducts independent, interdisciplinary, and collaborative research that spans all major areas of psychology in an inspiring, intellectual environment. Our research reflects different methods and approaches to the study of psychology with a general focus on social and clinical psychology. Our current research interests are in the areas of theoretical psychology; modern psychological thought; systems of psychology; cognitive developmental issues; mind; brain; perception; emotion; memory; recognition; and, cognition. In addition, our research program investigates: environment; disease; addiction; disorder; stress; motivation; life-satisfaction; happiness; well-being; social behavior; inter-group relations; aggression; social adversity; mass political behavior; race; gender; sexuality; morality; politics; law; judgments; and, decision-making processes.
